Executive Ally began during a season of transition.
At the start of COVID, I was working within one of the leading hospital systems while also navigating new motherhood. Like many people during that time, I had to quickly reassess how I worked, how I showed up, and what sustainability actually looked like.
I started Executive Ally as a way to create flexibility without compromising professionalism, standards, or impact.
Because of my medical background, my earliest work was supporting doctors, practitioners, and healthcare teams. That experience shaped how I operate to this day. It required discretion, precision, and an understanding that details matter because people are depending on them.
As my work evolved, so did my clients.
What began in healthcare naturally expanded into supporting founders, CEOs, and operators who were managing complex businesses and growing teams. The core challenge was the same. Too much lived in their heads, and not enough lived in structure.
That is where I do my best work.
